Thank you for being able and willing to accept the responsibility of holding keys for West Meadows. By empowering you with this privileged-access, we seek to foster a culture where everyone’s gifts contribute to serve others and glorify God.
If for any reason you may need a refresher on key control policies, procedures, or processes, this webpage will serve to provide you a first-step in answering your questions. — WMBC
In Case of Emergency
You’ve been empowered with keys for more than an ability to access rooms, but also to exercise a responsibility to care for the facility and all its occupants when in time of need.
In the case of an emergency such as a facility issue, alarm, security threat, fire, natural disaster, or other cause, please use appropriate judgement and act promptly and accordingly.
When in doubt, we are always here to help! Please do not hesitate to contact our Events & Facilities Coordinator at 780-850-8749. This is a private number and may only be used in the case of an emergency.
What do I do if I enter my alarm code incorrectly?
Wait for the error code to clear, enter your code again and press “on/off”.
How do I open the exterior doors for guests?
Use the small hex key located near the exterior doors.
