About Us

West Meadows began in 1957 as a small Sunday school in west Edmonton, born out of a desire to introduce children in our growing community to Jesus. That gathering grew into Meadowlark Baptist Church, and over the following decades, it expanded through new ministries, church plants, and eventually a merger with Westland. In 1993, after purchasing 10 acres in what would become Lewis Farms, we became West Meadows — one of the first churches in a community that had yet to be built. Since then, we've grown alongside our neighborhood, weathered seasons of both momentum and renewal, and continued to welcome people of every age, stage, and background. Today, under the leadership of Pastor Mark Dixon, we carry forward decades of faith and service as a community on mission — and we'd love for you to join us.

Our Worship services begin at 10AM every Sunday and everyone is welcome.

Our history tells the story of where we've come from — but what we believe is the foundation for where we're headed. At West Meadows, our faith is rooted in the truth of Scripture and centered on the person of Jesus Christ.
