All rental inquiries are evaluated based on three key areas:

Purpose & Alignment
Our facility is first and foremost a place for ministry, serving our congregation and the broader community. All rental requests are carefully reviewed to ensure the event is compatible with our beliefs, values, and the intended use of our space. While rental events do not need to directly advance our mission, they must not conflict with the convictions we hold as a church. We also look for events that demonstrate respectful, responsible use of the facility and contribute to a safe and positive environment for all who gather here.

Event Needs & Support
We assess whether we can appropriately support the technical and operational requirements of your event. This includes considerations such as room setup, equipment, audio/visual needs, staffing, and any specialized services. Our goal is to ensure every event is executed with care and excellence, and in some cases, limitations in equipment, staffing, or facility capabilities may affect whether an event can be accommodated.

Facility & Personnel
Approval is also dependent on the availability of the requested space and the required event staff. Certain dates or seasons are heavily scheduled with church ministries and pre-existing bookings, which may impact scheduling options. All rentals are coordinated to ensure both the space and personnel can be appropriately dedicated to the event.
