Ready to Share
Over the last several weeks, our consultants have completed their findings, and the board has had the opportunity to review them thoroughly. We are now ready, and genuinely excited, to share what we've learned with the congregation.
On May 13th, we are hosting a Campus Town Hall, both onsite and online at 7:00PM. Pastor Mark and our primary consultant will be present to walk through the findings together.
We have drawings, building details, and a financial business plan to share — a proof of concept that shows what this campus could look like and how it could be sustained. These aren't final decisions, but they provide us a path forward worth talking about together.
In the days and weeks following the presentation, there will be multiple opportunities for the congregation to engage in discussion, provide feedback, and participate in this exciting time for our church. The plans and decisions ahead of us will impact generations to come – your participation is essential to advancing our vision.
While everyone is welcome to attend the upcoming Campus Town Hall and we want to hear from as many voices as possible, we are asking all members to clear your calendars and be present for this meeting. Membership at West Meadows doesn't come with privileges, but it does come with responsibilities and this is exactly the kind of moment membership is meant for.
We have been genuinely inspired and encouraged by what this process has produced, and we look forward to sharing it with you.

Clarity and Receptivity: Pray that the Town Hall would be a moment of genuine understanding — that the findings would be communicated clearly and received with open hearts.
Unity: Pray for a spirit of togetherness as the congregation hears and processes this information, and that the discussion groups would be marked by grace and good faith.
Wisdom for What's Next: Pray that what is shared on May 13th would lead to wise, Spirit-led decisions as we continue to move forward together.
